Advance Payment/Deposit Report

The Advance Payment/Deposit Report (Dynamic) previously called the Reservation Deposit Report (Dynamic) tracks the deposit amount collected for reservations and groups.

The following changes have been made to the Reservation Deposit Report (Dynamic):

  • The report is renamed as Advance Payment/Deposit report.

  • The column, Type, will be displayed only when the Deposit Policy For Group feature setting is enabled. This column indicates if the deposit amount was collected for a reservation or group.

  • The Con# column is enhanced to display the group code.

  • The Name column is enhanced to display the group name.

  • The Arrival Date column is enhanced to display the arrival/shoulder arrival date of group.

  • The Departure Date column is enhanced to display the departure/shoulder departure date of group.

  • The Status column is enhanced to display the status of the group.
